Dependable sled srx

I know seen him race at byron it is not stock and is a very fast srx.
Mainly stock w the help of mr vipers suspension and clutching help it's just one of those good runners but it does run better in the grass than on ice

My buddy and I both run old 98's in mainly rough bush trails with a host of riders all riding sleds from new to a few years old. My SRX and his XLT Special..the XLT being the smallest engine in the group.
Groomed to rough, we lead the pack 80% of the time. Then there's times when there's 3 foot deep holes in the tight corners. Thats when the new sleds shine and we eat bark to keep up. lol
The XLT with those 38mm carbs and HO 600 pulls as hard as anything up to 80mph, but thats about as fast as it goes I think.
Most rough stuff I dont notice because I'm sitting up on the tank most of the time, but I dont dare relax because that numbing spine shot is always lurking.
Ya, we get beat up and wake up sore some mornings, but how much more fun can you have for $1500.
Plus side is, you dont need a gym membership. By mid winter you can grab your stuck SRX and toss it. lol

Well said, lol . That says it perfectly

As much as I'd like to own a new/newer sled I can't seem to hang on to cash long enough to save it up to buy one.I have 2 SRX's now and they don't cost me a cent but I can put a little money into them here and there to make them ride and handle better,it's a darn site cheaper than shelling out $14000 for a new Viper.Yeah that's what the msrp is on the, up here.

LONG LIVE THE SRX. :sled1:
