01 srx 700 not getting enough fuel to run after warmed up

Not sure what to think here now......I changed the pick up line in the tank but had to put an inline filter on the end of it till the stock filter comes in at the dealer.....hooked the stock fuel pump back up and fired it up no problem and road around slow for a while then went out on the bay back and forth going fast but not wide open as it was rough then went up the road wide open and back and all was good no issues was very happy bit after about half hour of running it it started to bog again and eventually stalled!!!!!

Would not fire until I walked home and got some gas to bring back to spray in spark plug holes then fired right up and ran fine all the way back to the house!!??? Unless there is something in the tank that I can't see floating around I'm out of things to try......gonna fill the tank back up and see how far it will go on the trail this weekend when I get my try our trails free pass this weekend!!

In your first post you said you replaced the filter yet you now say you installed an inline filter. Is it plastic and perhaps floating or isn't positioned at the rear of the tank? Even though it's submerged it may still have a trapped bubble making it float.

So......Busy weekend but I somehow managed to put on about 100 miles on the Srx!! Woohoo!!
It's not completely sorted out but for some reason it runs well enough to ride anyway......still has a bit of a bog on top end if you hold it long enough but it recovers when you let off.....all that I did was take the tank off and drain it completely.....there was a bit of crud in there......new pick up line and fuel filter and three new plugs again!
I'll clean up the pv's and clutches now that it's running ok and see if I can get it to hold wot......even still I'm just happy to get back out there and mobile!!! Thanks for all your help guys!
