Anyone ever buy a flywheel puller? The yamaha brand tool is $300+; I found a SLP heavy-duty puller on Dennis Kirk that is a "possible match" for my sled; its only $60. I suspect it will work since bolt patterns are mildly universal. What do you guys think?

Impact driver with bits, a good one(mine is Snap-on)

90% of my tools are snap-on(former heavy truck tech)

Someone mentioned long screw drivers, I think Menards has the longest I've seen
4 1/2" angle grinder with grinding wheels and cutoff wheels

A few more tools I like to use. The ratchets are good for getting at bolts you normally cant because something is in the way. A round swiveling head ratchet and an indexing ratchet. The indexing one is very nice, you wouldn't believe some of the bolts you can get to with that. I don't like the flex head ones as they are clumsy.
The Precision Instruments torque wrench. I have the 1/2" and the 3/8". They make them for Snap-On. You can get them on Amazon
Limited access bit set, great to get at those hidden screws.

Other than basic hand tools an over head hoist is a must in our shop. Ours is 14' high, we can pick up the entire sled and lift over our heads for easy suspension work, greasing the linkages ect. Next is the custom builts sled stand. This allows us to work on the engine, clutches ect. at optimal height to not have to bend over and such. Plus we can leave the sled on the stand and roll around the shop, we even store sleds on these stands. Al
