3 questions....

hummmmmmmmm ,I reflected on problem rpm........
besides the crappy bushing in the primary, slow gearing (18 or 19/39 sprocket 8 teeth) can cause peak rpm has 9000 ?

So right now you have an 18 or 19 on top, and a 39 bottom. Along with 8 tooth drivers right. If that's the case, you are REALY REALY geared down. I just stuck with the stock 21/37 gearing and went with the 8 tooth drivers. Which puts me right at a 2:1 ratio.

yes, I really wanted geared down simply not the clutch disengages all the time...
No trail in my country....
I would say that the use is more "Snocross" : brake / gas / brake / gas, you know ?
no trail for top speed, so with slow gearing , I fulfilled my clutches for my use ...

edit : at an altitude of 1500 meters (5000ft) , and track 144 "1.35"

I changed the bushings primary and same result .... grrrr
I still thought ....I think the issue really comes geared down short.

and 8AY weights are not enough charge to bottom , in shape difference between 8ab that are heavier bottom .

I handed 8AB with 2.4 tip , not peak rpm when i wot , but overrev 9500 all the time..
I test tomorrow with 4.5g tip.

yes but no, lol
I would try to settle the clutches with that gear ....
I am going well get there , with patience and test, test, test and test again

maybe I would spend weights SuperTips or heelclikers or Dalton
easier than rivets ...
