Hey with a great site like this there ain't no problem that can't be solved..LOL

you only need (1) 2.5mm allen wrench and lay it in sideways to check your gap between powervalave housing sections.

i used 2 one on each side very accurate no guessing on if it's on an
angle,but whatever he wants to do.

just double checking, but the 2.5 gap is the gap of the valve off the piston right? i just want to make sure all my knowledge is right for tomarrow morning.

It's the gap between powervalave housings(the housings are two pieces)

ok now im lost again... where is the 2.5 gap suposed be? i thought it was between the valve and the piston. Can you give a good explanation on where the gap is??

Measure in the two halfs;

if there is a 2.5 mm gap in there though everything will leak out, i dont see how there is suposed to be a space in between there. I am really lost now.

You do your measuring there and if that gap is out of spec. you
adjust the cable at the servo..then retighten them two bolts..

as far as i know i have just figured everything out. i took it for a little test run around my field and it has unreal power compared to what i rode for about 100 miles (two broken cables). And so far the light hasnt been coming on at all.
