I THINK YOUR GONNA FINE YOUR ALITTLE HEAVEY, BUT HEY THATS THE GREAT PART OF THESE WEIGHTS. ALOT OF TUNEING OPTIONS. AND YOUR CORRECT, THE MAGIC NUMBER IS 8500. BUT ALSO KEEP IN MIND ALOT OF TIP WEIGHT WILL ALSO HURT YA WITH UNDER REV. ! 3:16 (yammie tony)bluemonster1 said:I suppose I could drop a little at the tip there YAMMIEGOD 3:16.All depends on the rpm at WOT.From there I could go 6 grams or 5.3 grams which are my next 2 combo's.I know loading up the tip will give you the best MPH,but having said that,I will also be looking to get a true blue 8500 rpm's at WOT.THAT IS MY OBJECTIVE.Having the SRX running at 8500 and still be pulling is where it should be.Can't wait to have a go at her.

well tony,it is a fine line to work with.Even with the start of riding season,it will be some time before proper testing can be done. The first snow is loose and will not be able to get good launches.Need to wait until the snow gets compacted and a little hard to ride on.Got my 600 SXR to ride around in until conditions are better, then will concentrate on tuning the SRX.Will take my time and be patient with it and will get her dialed in for my serious riding.

These work awesome on the trail for back shift and drag racing.I haven't found a faster weight for drag racing than the heel clickers.
If yamiegod switched over you know they work, right Tony, lol

Thanks a lot you guys.Pro116 and YAMMIEGOD 3:16,you have been very helpful and encouraging with the Heelclicker weights.Good to hear good things about them.YAMMIEGOD 3:16,I think I will start of with 4.3 g heel and 5 grams tip firstly and work my way around that.Noticed if I used the 5 grams in tip, there is no need to grind the bolt head for clearance.5.3 grams may be good to go to,but once I get into loading tip 6-7 grams, that is where the bolt head will hit the spider towers. Thanks guys.

I guess one advantage to use HC's is no DAMN drilling out and hammering back rivets eh ...tony. Hoping for the best myself with tuning the SRX.Later.

don't know if this is the place for this but has anyone tried racing using the 2 speed weights?
Hey
I got a gram scale now and the heaviest combo I can load on it is 7,3 grams, thats a 4 gram with 3 lock washers, but this would require a lot of grinding on the bolt head and I think there wouldn't be anymore of the allen "hole".The next heaviest combo is a 4 gram, 2X 1 grams (which actually is 0,8g) and a lock washer (1,1g) = 6,7 g but this will also require some grinding on the bolt head.
