With the Sled Pro Alignment tool, center to center is a snap. Now I realize the 3 standoff pins are all a different length to give correct off-set.On the SRX with the torque limiter installed,do the front and center stand-off pins need to have the shims installed underneath them?Do all the pins have to be the same?Got the rear standoff flush with the back of the sheave, the other 2 are about 1/16th off.I have to basically grab the clutch and lift the motor to align the other 2 flush. This means I will have to shim under the front motor mount behind the clutch.I know the off-set is for a good reason. When the clutch is spinning and engine is flexing, then the clutchs with align themselfs, but with a torque limiter, does the engine actually flex?If solid engine mounts are used, then it says to remove the 2 shims under the standoffs.I just want to get the offset correct guys. What is your experience with the tool,at least on the SRX?
