My Viper Mtn doesn't like snow...

This is pretty basic, but make sure to check the wear bars (carbides) on the bottom of the skis. Had on brake and cock sideways. Talk about drag! Also another minor thing is to check ski toe in adjustment.

It will hold enough tension on the track as come over the drivers, you won't have trouble with ratcheting. I run about 1 and 1/2" slack in my track and have never ratcheted. snomoguy, you have a picture of how your rear shock is set. As far as the cam bolt on the front, in the top/bottom of the groove. I got the mpi kit set real loose like yours and all the shocks set soft, as well as the limiters let almost all the way out, and the skis will never get off the ground.
 
your viper is doing exactly what my enticer 2 done when I put some home made drop brackets on it. there was way to much pressure pushing down at the rear of the track and the front of my track wasnt putting any pressure down. I would get stuck and spin on the smallest hills with hard pack snow
 
TTT for a "must read" IMO for anybody who uses a pro action sled in any snow over 2.5 feet deep!
