Did you change oil brands,or run it out of oil and not rebleed it? When you did the carbs you might of accidentilly done something to the oil controll cable. Good Luck.

To really tell if the motor spins over freely remove the recoil and take the flywheel off and then spin it (so you don't have any possible resistance from the flywheel magnets, etc pulling on it).
