if i install a bender single pipe and can on a 780 viper will i have to change the jetting at all?
I think any time you change the expansion chamber on a carbed 2-Stroke you'll have to change the jetting aswell, and the clutching too.viperking said:if i install a bender single pipe and can on a 780 viper will i have to change the jetting at all?
If not already, ceramic coat or heat wrap the set-up before you jet and clutch. I lost power with my Bender 4x4 and SLP can at first, then I had my manifold, pipe, and can ceramic coated at Jet-Hot. Got the power back plus a little. Shed a ton of weight off the nose as well. It did require re-jetting, but not enough impact to justify messing with the clutch again.

well if you are going from tripples to a single pipe, then you would be pig fat rich.
