It is obviously way worse in Chicago, compared to where I live. I agree they shouldn't be doing stupid things for no reason, but driving done a one-way street the wrong way is ok in my opinion, if it's for a good reason of course. Going through a red or turning on a red when you shouldn't is dumb, and I don't think they should do that sort of stupid stuff. I will admit though, if I was a cop, I would most likely do some of those things!
