thats what ive gathered from reading today. i ran pump 92 last year. what octane would you reccomend?

The type of fuel that is required to run is not really dependent on the amount of squish you have........more so for compression ratio. You can get away with running less squish if you are running a narrower squish band, or if the squish band is on a larger angle. Obviously it is staying alive on pump fuel if you've been running it like that, so I'm sure there is no need to worry.

took the sled out today for the first ride. we got about 20" of snow on saturday. got to do some clutching but overall had a good ride. i tinker with this sled more than actually riding it. but then again i love to tinker and try different set ups.

My goal its to take at least 10 pounds out of it. I know its probably best to get a different skid but I like messing with stuff.

What was the fox float off of? Might consider that instead of ohlins for the wifes skid. Thanks chris

This float was of a 08 Arctic cat crossfire, its eye to eye is 18.8" its a little longer than the stock shock but it should work ok. I know they make other floats that are closer to stock but I got a good deal on this one.
