I would like to say I am sorry for posting this in 2 different forums. I have made posts in both and would like to convey this information to all that have had unfortunate dealings with Mr. Flinchum
Thank you tyler440 for the phone no. I called Tuesday and talked with Sarah. I will say in the 2 conversations I had with her there was no sense of remorse. No, I'm sorry whatsoever. The very brief letter I received today with my payment had a apology.
I am square with them except for warning the world every chance I get to not deal with this crook. He has ads on Craigslist (Grand Rapids)at this very time for snowmobile repair. As far as I'm concerned it should be constantly flagged. Or he should be banned. I doubt very much any lesson has been learned.
I do not know her plan for paying back people but it appears to be as people call. So if you have not been paid I would call. I will say that I had a local Colbwater Michigan resident email me that knows the family. He said that he has seen Mike and he did not get hurt on his dirt bike as we were told. He had nothing good to say about Sarah as well and said Mike suffers from being Bi-Polar.
The Flinchum family will be at the Big Log MX track in Coldwater this weekend if you are close and have not been paid. The party that emailed me said look for the White Dodge dually by the childrens track(s).
Again I would like to thank MrSled, tyler440, and all that have helped. I will not forget this and have learned a valuable lesson. I should have did Paypal or picked up myself.

still waiting for a $325 refund. It is somewhat hopefull I now see 3 of you got one already. I wonder how many people they have "taken". 
Did you get a copy of the MOs to me?? Not sure if your going to get anything until I can fax over the MO receipts.
