The tunnel extension, hose covers, rear cooler, and bumper are all from a Mountain Viper. I ordered them all from Yamaha.

When I first put in my AD Boivin Expert, My front pumper was slicing the tops of the moguls and throwing them into my face. I cranked the ski springs to the max and that worked pretty good.
I am redoing my Expert for longer travel. I imagine I'll have to do something with the front to compensate.

Nice sleds guys. I was wondering if any of you could post pictures of the front shock drop brackets you guys made, or the brackets that you flipped. I have a set of extended ohlins on the way an I was looking for something to maybe add another inch.

Here's a few pics of my long traveled '02 SRX that I built a few years ago.
It's got a 136" monoshock skid with custom billet 146" rails. Ohlins EC shock that allows changing compression damping on the fly and a 146" single ply Cobra track.
The front suspension is custom built long travel that uses Fox Evol X shocks. The custom Boss seat and riser/bar set up raises the rider up for a improved riding and handling position. USI Triple Threat skis.
Also has electric start and reverse installed. Motor is stock. Clutching is tweaked using a 8BU-10 based set up in the primary. This is the most fun sled that I've ever had.

Hello. guy from norway here
I have a 99 SRX that have been built to a 136" track. but my problem is that it is werry low on the back and when i sit on it its almost like it bottoms.
Look at all the pics in this tread and realy wonder. how do you get your rides so high?
do you just change the shocks to longer ones and that solve the problem with hight?, and what kind of shocks do you use? length and stuff like that.
Hope some of you can tell me so i can use my sled the way i want to use it, in the snow and not just at the track
Thanks for all help
