Mrviper700 customers please read!


I got out....... of jail, I mean the hospital....lol. I will live, no real problems in my heart, I have to go back and they are going to run some test on my caratid artery(maybe spelled wrong) the big vein in your side neck, might have some clogged pipes there. That hospital stay is about as bad as it gets, you cant get any sleep, every hour someone comes in to poke,squeeze,suck blood, ask stupid questions to you in the middle of the night.
I got a nitro patch and it gave me back the feeling in my left arm, had some chest pains again and got a nitro tablet under my tounge, all seems to be good now. Possible small blockage and nitro opens up your blood vessels to let more blood in... could have moved it thru,they dont really know for sure :dunno: . Passed stress test with no issues.
The visit/stay wasnt without any kind of entertainment though, my room mate had colitis and he literally crapped all over the room,floor,wall, looked like it came out of a shotgun barrell...needless to say, I was outta there...lol :rofl: , I took my heart monitor and hauled rearend down to the lobby till they cleaned up "poopy butts" mess, then about a hour later I went back to my room, he again pooped all over his bed and such, lobby again for me. The nurses knew I couldnt stomach that and they moved me to another room.... what a terrible job that would be cleaning all that up, I know I coulnt do it, God bless all the nurse for taking care of people....

I am just gonna get some much needed sleep and I will be back in the shop and on here in a day or so, I do thank all of you for the support. I asked Allen to post something because I know some here are waiting on stuff and I didnt want you to think I forgot about you, or ignoring your efforts to contact me via email,phone, etc. I will be in touch, again thanx for all the kind words.

Spent most of last summer with my mom and learned all about hospital/doctor time. Grrr.

Besides that, the people in about a half dozen facilities (emergency, radiation, kemo, cardiaologist, nurses, etc..) were some of the most caring and sweet people I've ever met. Aside from the gross stuff they put up with every day, I'd be an emossional wreck.

I'd recommend a half bottle of Techron or BG injector cleaner. Or try some type F tranny juice and call me in the morning. LOL

Great news & glad you're out of the hospital. Hopefully all goes well & they get those fuel lines cleaned out. Good to have you back & your health is the first priority…..the sleds can wait.

I agree 100%!!! make sure you are doing ok before you get back in the shop!! The stuff in the shop can wait for sure!! More important that you are 100% ok before you risk doing anymore damage! I have been through it and had a massive heart attack. I hope you are seeing good doctors cause I know of several people who the local qwacks around here have screwed up on so make sure you are seeing a good doctor!!!
 
VERY glad you are back home and seem to be feeling better. besides, now that my viper is down, I might be needing some services soon!! ;) serious though, happy to hear all is well, keep us updated and in the loop! Eric

well,.... same thing as before happened again tonight, got the full numb left arm and sharp pains in top of chest, headed back to the Doc in the morning :o| , they have missed a semi plugged vein or something is wrong. A nitro pill again cured the pain and the arm gets feeling in it after about 2-3 mins after taking the nitro, gets warm like you stick your arm in a warm bath water, so it must be the blood coming back in from the larger vessels opening up.
This is just like trying to fix a electrical problem on a sled, gotta find the problem in the wiring, its not the motor thats bad.....lol

Well that's no good. Get yourself straightened out. That heart stuff isn't anything to mess with. My dad ended up doing a quadruple bypass when he was about 45. Messed with it for a year before they finally went in and fixed things right. Been almost 20 years now without any problems (although he eats lipitor/zocor like they are m&m's) :(

maybe the piece that clogged that one vein and you thought moved thru, just now got clogged up farther down?? either way, take time off and just relax/get better. no use in rushing out to the shop right away, before fully healed.

Don did they send you home with chewable baby aspirin also? When I had my heart attack that was the first thing they gave me was like 5 baby aspirin. Go see a GOOD heart doctor cause something is going on!!! What all tests have they done on you? Tell them to do an angiogram that is the only positive way for them to tell that nothing is going on inside your heart.
