here is my new sled i got its a 2000 srx this i am making my trail sled out of. it will have a white hood and blue belly plus a few extras. mr viper ported motor powerinc pipes and can. alot of lightweight parts heel clickers and a few other go fast stuff. enjoy the pics. i am powdercoating every single part pearl white and few other parts chrome or black. all new bushings seals gaskets and new tie rods.also want to thank Rich for the powervalve repair he did for this project awesome work. I am going to have the hood graphic remade in blue to finish it off.

also doing a comlpete viper long travel set up in the rear. and in the front i am doing a 42.5 inch wide stance so i can run a set of kfx 450r 16 inch long dual rate shocks. it will ride great a still have the srx classic look.

I am so busy right now hard to find time to work on things. also waiting on parts from yamaha. all the shocks r rebuilt I will be putting on a ripsaw with 192 woodys megabites. the front end has mountain peformance trailing arms and all aluminum rods and steering parts. also has bender easy steer. the sled had 1500 miles when I got . I will post pics as time permits.

well I had a issue the cylinders I had we not right so I sent them to don mr viper and he is going to make them right for me and cut my mega power
heads to match. I am so glad I sent this stuff to don he is a awesome guy. a little set back but will be so worth it. getting it done right . I got my shocks back from rebuild and will be putting the front end together tommorow.

Just incredible work Pete. I like my stuff to run good and be maintained, but you go into so much more detail than I can even imagine. Awesome looking sled, I would love to see it going down the trail.

here is a more progress front end is all tight and ready to go motor is bolted in just waiting on cylinders now hood is getting painted right now. here is my other hood i have in white starting to look good. sled sits 3.5 inches higer in front that stock with these kfx 450r shocks i also have viper rear to match. the ski witdh is 41.5 inches wide still better that stock. i also got some 9 inch g force carbides so i can steer and i have a pearl white holeshot skid plate to put on yet. 10 hours today and getting closer. every bolt in the front end is polished stainless steel. I am going to high temp powder coat my power Inc pipes black the wrap them in header wrap to help with heat transfer.

I go shopping in my own shop just take from my other ones I have. nice having all of the same sleds.
