old gas or clutches?

Trying hard to remember. There are 2 torque sequences for the primary. No reason why I can't put the primary back on.

Still the same issues. Should I swap secondaries?

Hauck orange in primary with 89a 10's hauck silver at 80 with a straight 49

If you have another one try it. At least then you would know if it is the secondary or the primary.

Earlier the secondary shifted out while leaving the yard and brought me to a screeching halt

That's not so bad then. Thinking out loud here but if the secondary all the sudden downshifted it would have to be because the primary stopped pulling it right? Not sure on that but it makes sense in my head anyway. lol

Still the same problem after swapping the clutches

Guessing you swapped both clutches? Does it do the same thing on a stand? Can you roll the track by hand if its on a stand?

i think 80 is too tight, i like mine at 70, or 60.the clutches could be fighting each other. try it at 60, 3 and 3.or try another set of clutches that you know work.and pull up on the primary clutch to see if you have a broken motor mount
