Brock!! Yes, the garage of knowledge...I thought there was over 20,000 mi on that sled now? Or did he not quite make it there this past year? Believe me folks, I've ridden this one, for a stock motor with 20K mi, it will blow your hair back. And he didn't even have to rebuild it at 15,000!! Just did it to "make sure" nothing was going wrong. Gotta love the triples.

Old MM
First ride before Christmas on Skid, floats alot better now with 16 wide and ride is pretty good but back to the shop for a few more tweaks.

hey maxx99 how did the 16 inch wide track fit? i have a line on a 144x16x2.25 im not sure if it will fit, for width and the 2.25 lug around the front heat exchanger

Tweaking
16 wide fits ok but have to trim chancase boltheads down and any rivets in line with track need to be reversed. Would be really tight to front heat exchanger with a 2 1/4 and 8 tooth drivers. Would stay with a 2 inch. Found out after I bought the Cat suspension that they tighten track when compressed so to prevent track binding you have to run them loose. Heard this is not much of a issue with a polaris skid replacement. Also with 16 and rear mounting brackets track rides on these instead of idler wheel. So will be buffing down to ensure idler wheel contact. Also setup suspension too light and bottomed out and wouldn't you know it the 2 nuts at the end of the tunnel caught the track edges abit. Need to lighten up clutching abit due to the extra load also. Once get running ok will mess with team clutch.

Maxx99, what bars, and riser you using, looks sharp.

Stock bars, 5 inch riser from Ole's. Look on Snowest he is under bars etc. got a POWERMADD mountain bar because it has some give to it if case you ever hit it HARD. Heard sternum breaks are the worst. Tried the POWERMADD hand protectors to keep hands out of the wind but I just kept hitting them so took them off. Wear warm gloves to riding areas and have some thin moto-cross gloves in my jacket.
Any more... the more I see these the more I want one!
