My Sx500r 01' turns into a 700!

Well, thats all for today.

Got some work left on the sled:
- Need one of the snowstoppers in the shroud.
- Need to do some polish work to the rear frame.

I'am going to extend my sled to 136" soon, got the track I'am planning to use. a 136" / 1.5" Ripsaw.

This is the parts I'am planning on buying for the next job:

Today we discovered three other problems om my friends 00' sxr 700 136".

- Both shaves in the primary clutch has a lot of cracks. Probable from when the belt blew into pices on our last trip. That means he has to buy a new one, anyone here got one for sale?

- Both runningboard cooler got a little crack near the rear mounting bracket for the skid. Its pretty strange, both coolers got the same crack at the same place.

- Also the speedo-side ball bearing was damaged, so it has to be replaced.

Aaaah, Its really annoying when this things happend in the middle of the winter. Well, hope we get it together soon. Just need to get some new parts.

Yesyes, got the tail light done on my sled and it works perfect.
Dont know what the fourth electric wire was for, but I measured about 7 volts on it.
The wire also go into a connector near the right-side footwell, but the connector is not in use.

Here is some before and after pictures of the sxr.
