Yes, thats a standard 10.6" travel m-10 and it looks to be one of the early non metric ones.If you remember the early ones were purple, they have the same geometry and travel , but are beefed up in the coupler block area and some other revisions as well.If the shocks need rebuilding I suggest that you have Fast put the m valve in the rear shock, it improves the ride pretty much everywhere and is a more aggressive setup as well.A couple years back when they did mine it ran about a 100 bucks which includes a rebuild along with the other valving work.Fast will usually stamp m valve on the end of the remote reservoir so you can check that on yours to see if its been done or not.The people at Fast are excellent for any help or parts you may need.amatosrx said:I JUST BOUGHT THIS M 10 american for my project i am going to polish the rails the clearcoat and the rebuild the shocks and also powedercoat all of the metal parts. going to do them in candy blue and pearl white. i also might put on billet wheels. it came out of a 2001 srx it has the correct mount kit. it hads been sitting for 3 years . it has a clicker fox shocks in it. it says long travel on the bars is this the same as 10.6 of travel also just got a pair of billet loops for the skis the black ones look like crap.
