anyone ever seen those stock factory srx they made in 800cc

my friend got one of those it was made only in japan for race only its still in the crate brand new .....

its china or japan not sure witch one but i'm really serious not sure how he ends up to get one ..still in the create

Not to sound like a smart azz, but. Unless you went to the factory in japan and watched them build it and put it in the crate, how would you really know for sure?
Other then that the only thing you would have for sure is maybe a new SRX and a new crate.

Sounds like someone may or may not have a big value SRX. If it is what they say it is. It will take a lot of paper to verify is ture. So ship papers, who is was built for, internal emails, pics of it at the factory US yamaha shop... after all that you may have something
 
Never heard of one. If he can get some kinda documentation stating what it is and that is truely a new sled never out of the crate BUILT BY YAMAHA then he will have something. If it truely is what you say it is and he sayd it is and he can prove it OH MAN look out cause that thing will be worth mega bucks. I hope he didn't take somebodies word only on what it is and already pay mega bucks for something it might not be!!! Keep us posted on if he can get documentation to prove what it is!! And pics if you can get them!!
 
So there is a sled that nobody has ever seen/heard of before, that the guy does not want to have pictures taken of it. One of those things that it is going to be mighty hard convincing people of it until we see concrete proof. I would be very interested to see it though.
 
I'd be very interested in seeing it too.......in MY garage! Come on Mod sneak a couple pics for us guys here on TY, we won't tell no one. Lol!!!
 
Not sure why he wouldnt want to post pictures. As long as the guy doesnt release his name or location, what would the problem be?
