New grips installed. I sanded the bar a little, then cleaned it and then used two component epoxy glue to get them "mounted" properly. (I also put a rivet in them ofcourse).
I then put the gears & chain back on, I though this was alittle wierd:
Like, the edge of the axle wasn`t sticking as much out as I thought it would, but it seems to be correct so.. incase it`s not supposed to be this way, tell me

.
I then put the pipes back on and filled her up with fuel, fired her up and gees it was so nice to hear the sound.
However, I wonder how the bender can-spring-arrangement is supposed to be?. I got two normal typical manifoil-->pipe springs and one 10cm long softer spring, wonder where they should be mounted. But I guess I will figured out.. I was somewhat stressed on saturday because I just wanted to get her running before my brother in law turned up with his new 1999 Mountain Max 700:
Gees, the seller gave him the wrong key so we haven`t fired it up yet.. hehe.
Well anyway when I had my sled running I turned heat knob on max and really didn`t expect that the grips would become warm since the sled was idling, but gees they got hot !!. I`m so happy, will be so cool not having to stop every now then to avoid freezing my fingers off.
On Tuesday I think I will try to mount everything on the hood. (air intake webs etc.) . I wonder if I should mount the hood on the sled and then mount all the air intake webs?. Or should I just take a thick blanket and put on the floor and then turn the hood upside down and start working.. hmm well time will show.
Gees soon christmas, still no snow!!!
