Hi guys!
Thanks for the replies!.
I can`t say that I am 110% sure but I`m almost 100% sure that water isn`t the problem.
When I had the tank off, I flushed it diesel 2 times, then let it sit inside my heated little workshop over the night. The day after it was totally dry inside.
Yesterday I also tried pulling it over while I held the heatgun onto the fuelpump (at a reasonable distance ofcourse), fuel flowed from all three lines, was no difference after/while heating, just as much fuel came, clean fuel.
But ofcourse I`ll pull it once more and clean it if you think it`s necessary.
Gees I wish I had a heated shop.
Well anyway, this morning we unhooked the wires from the rear light but there was no difference

.
We then unhooked the harness that goes into the hood (up tot he gauges & headlight). We then took it for a test ride and my brother in law said it was much better now, but sometimes it wouldn`t rew properly, rews up to 7000-7500rpm or so. But then a few seconds later without any reason, it screams at 9000rpm.
We rode up to about 200m and played in the powdersnow, gees it`s really starting to look like winter now!.
Later on the day it started to get dark so I connected the wire harness to the gauge/headlight, then the sled run really crappy again, hesitated like hell at 4500-5500 and wouldnt rew any higher.
Unplugged the harness again and it rewed MUCH better, but still not perfect.
Could it be the stator ?. Just a wild guess.
Here are some pictures from today.
