Hey guys,
Trying to send my SRX into orbit....using the 8DN20 now and pulling 103 with the gps....pulls like hell, and then dies at the top.

I am buying the 8BU-10s and want to dial them in properly.
if I put the 3.6 rivet in the bottom and drill it out, what procedure do i use to get it down to .85????...like what is the size of drill bit...how many smashes with the hammer to flatten it etc?...once it's in, you cant weight it any more?

Why not just buy the .8 rivet? as far as installing the rivets if you are going to use a hammer to flatten them out then the amount you do is kinda up to you they just need to been peened over enough so they don't fall out. MTX makes a nice tool for installing and removing rivets if you are going to be doing it alot. Costs about $60

I would load them up with 4.5gms and then go go down if its to much weight. Im no expert by any means. But loading mine up with the 50/38 helix was the right combo. took it out tonight and wow...thats all i can say. Hit 110 on the dreamometer in just over 1000ft.

Use bolts washers and jam nut,,, screw em out instead of yourself..........still don't get the drill and pound thing........ try for tuning,, and then pound,, once you got it down..........

They are 10-32 button head machine screws, washers, and jam nuts (thin nut),, use a gram scale to get desired weight........take the gram scale to the hardware store with you,,, as there can be a difference from one bolt to the next...........

A former yamaha racer asked me what size rollers i had in my clutch i was half snapped when i talked to him and dont really remeber what he was talking about but. What effect will different sizes rollers have on a set up?

BELT SQUEEZE. VERY INPORTANT. THATS WHERE HOT CLUTCH SHEAVES PROBLEMS START. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Any suggestion on a roller for my current set up or is kinda changed out based on how much belt slippage and heat is occuring in the setup.
