whats in a name ??

"Major Havoc" was the name of an arcade video game from the 80's. You had to guide the little astronaut guy (whose name was Major Havoc) through the alien structures and set off the reactor thing to blow it up. Any of you fellow "old" dudes remember it?

I have no idea why the name has stuck in my head all these years, but I get a kick out of it.

If I manage to buy the hi-perf tunnel hull boat that I've been drooling at for the last year, that's what I'll probably name it.

Last name is Smith - picked up a nickname Sinjin after the pro beach volleyball player Sinjin Smith. Nickname has stuck and I ride a RX1 hence "SinjinRX1"

I live in a Knotty Pine log home and I doing woodworking as a hobby (building small crafts, indoor/outdoor furniture, etc). Actually I made the swing in the picture, I cut the logs, skinned them and made the swing bench. I fell asleep there a few times last summer while enjoying a few cold beers.
I might try and build a wooden sea-kayak this summer. Someday I'd like to start a woodworking business and I would use this as my company name. Sounds funny when you hear it without seeing the spelling of it.

Nice place Knotty! I enjoy woodworking also. I have a buddy that built a kayak this summer and it turned out great. That thing is so purdy he's the star of the show wherever we paddle.

There is a diesel performance company near me call Hypermax Engineering. Always thought it was a cool name and the "max" tied in with Yamaha sleds. Just sounds fast to me.

Well.. stating the obvious is not neccesary, but here it goes, I live in norway as in europe.. :)

As a kid I use to take apart NEW christmas toys and rig them with extra batters, bigger motors, add lights... (it really would wind up mom and dad).
Then went on to do my own port, pipe and susp work on my yamaha JT60, YZ 80, IT175, YZ400..
Then bought sleds, cars, boats, ATV's, jet-skis, R/C stuff..whatever looks fun.
As always with all of them, I am still looking for more power. I help others with whatever toys they have, so the name toydoc.

We even have a 4'x16' slot car track in the mancave. It just the Tyco 440X2 stuff. Four lanes wide, two truck batterys in series for 26 total volts. The Mod cars go 0-28mph (on a Stalker Pro gun) in 16' and still make the 90* turn.
The down side is we did have 2 cars catch on fire, and others we just cant find all the parts to after they went off the track ;):D .

Nothing special on mine.. Just tried to think of something about snowmobiling.. I thought snowdust could be taken a few ways. All of which seemed fitting.. Eat my dust... seeing nothing but snowdust...And... I hate riding in a large group with heavy "snowdust" :)

Just came up with a word to go before my first name (Joe). Although rancid is not very flattering..oh well

Besides none of these had the same ring to it...lol
